Search “construction arbitrage” and you'll find two extremes: course-sellers promising passive five-figure months with no skill or risk, and skeptics dismissing the whole thing as a scam. Both are wrong. The truth is more useful - and more valuable - than either.
The model is completely legitimate. It's how the entire construction industry already works: win the client, subcontract the trades, keep the margin, stand behind the result. What's not legitimate is the fantasy that it's effortless, risk-free, or skill-free. It isn't. It's a real business that rewards real operators.
